Things to work on: Blue Belt ***PRIORITY*** - If you don't have your blue belt it's cram time! Black Belt - As soon as you get it, you can take the final exam and start on Green/Sensei Belt Final Exam - The sooner you take it the sooner you can retake it to get the best score! Green/Sensei Belt - Use the link from the resources tab to go to Mr.T's DP for the "Packet" to get started! If you haven't heard, the Final Exam is coming up! If you are a black belt, you can start studying, use the practice packet, and take it as soon as it is available.
Study Tips: Look at old packets - take practice problems from them Use Khan Academy to practice each subject Start with the belts that were the hardest for you, and end with the belts that were easier Make sure to review your Yellow belt even if you passed it on your first try - it's been a while I'll update you guys with a weekly schedule Monday! If you've been checking this blog, you'd know that I haven't been posting much, and it's mostly because I have other things going on, so I decided on a posting schedule and the type of posts that will make everyone happy.
At the beginning of the week I will put together a schedule of what we will be doing that week, and throughout the week I will post at least one relevant post helping with one of the belts/topics. This will work out for everyone, and if you have more detailed questions that were not answered, contact me at [email protected] Brain Teaser:

Trick #1: Common Result=3, Simplified Expression=3 Trick #2: Common Result=1, Simplified Expression=1 Trick #3: Common Result=Starting Number, Simplified Expression=x Trick #4: Common Result=Starting Number+1, Simplified Expression=x+1 After we finished we worked on whatever part of the packet we were on. Whatever you didn't do correctly you would go work on, and if you got a score you were happy about you could go work on your SLC Math. SLC Math: For your SLC, create a math problem from Orange belt or higher, and explain how you did it on a paper, and have that prepared for your SLCs. You will need to explain how you approached the problem to your parent/guardian. Homework: Tests tomorrow SLC Math I'm so sorry how long it's been, but I'm trying to be better at blogging every day, and I'll try to put more information up such as the warm up and the sheets we work on.
